UFC 220 Miocic vs. Ngannou will be held on January 20th 2018 at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts
Ngannou vs Miocic Heavyweight bout (Main Event)
Let me give you a heads up, Miocic might set a record of defending heavy weight championship for the third consecutive time, if he does, his name will go in the history as the most successful heavy weight to have ever existed (UFC history) Dana mentioned it at the press conference following this statement ‘Ngannou holds the record for the most powerful punch with 96 horse power’ considering these points, I am waiting for the best heavyweight fight ever! Ngannou has destroyed his oppenents crashing them with a knock out punch. His last fight against Overeem says the whole story! Looking forward to the fight
Daniel Cormier vs Oezdemir Light Heavyweight championship (Co Main Event)
Cormier said himself that Oezdemir acheived a lot in a short period of time and that it’s impressive..Cormier gave example of Anthony Johnson destroying everyone when he came in his way and won against him
Jon Jones will be having a hearing in a couple of months and might be able to return to Cage back again!
To be honest, I can’t wait to see Cormier fighting against Jon Jones again!
UFC 219 took place last Saturday night (Dec. 30, 2017) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Below are the results for main fights:
Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Edson Barboza
(Co Main Event)
It was hell of a fight, both fighters went to distance but Khabib was the winner. In the first round Edson threw some heavy leg kicks but the grappling king took over Edson and it became a one sided fight later on. Khabib won his 25th fight consecutively. Khabib was all over Edson and didn’t allow him to throw kicks closing distance
If Nurmagomedov wins against Tony Ferguson, he gets a chance to fight Conor McGregor later this summer
Khabib always displays great grappling techniques and is one of the best Lightweight fighters in the world
Can’t wait to see his fight against Tony and Conor
Khabib yells at Dana to give him the Title Shot…keep our fingers crossed!
Cris Cyborg vs Holly Holm
Featherweight Championship (Main Event)
Cris wins on the basis of Unanimous decision as she ends up hitting Holly with more damaging blows
My favorite in this fight was Holly Holm but she didn’t do anything out of the box to win the fight.
Holly should have brought something new to the table to overcome the challenge
Cyborg hardly gave Holly a chance to open up and throw variety of attacks
Wish both fighters the best and hope to see Holly coming back strong in her future fights
UFC 218 was held on December 2, 2017 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan
UFC 218 Results & Brief Breakdown:
Co Main Event-Francis Ngannou vs Alistar Overeem:
It was a brutal first round one punch knock out by Francis & I truly believe that Francis has bright chances of becoming a champion.
Max Holloway vs Jose Aldo 2:
It was a brutal fight with loads of punches exchange but Holloway won the fight in dominant fashion. Holloway proved that he can beat Jose again and that he is still the champion.
I have a lot of respect for both fighters and I am sure that Aldo will make some adjustments and come back as a winner..
Eddie Alvarez vs Justin Gaethje
Eddie is one of my favorite fighters and he truly has a heart of a true fighter and a champion.
Eddie won the fight by clear knee attack, amazing knockout! Love you Eddie, welcome back!

UFC 216 Featuring Ferguson vs Lee will take place at T-Mobile Arena, Paradise, Nevada on October 7th, 2017
Ferguson vs Lee
This is the main event at UFC 216 in the Light Weight Division. This is for the INTERIM LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE and the winner most probably will fight Conor McGregor
Below is a breakdown on physical features and fighting aspects of the two fighters:
Well it looks like Lee will have a slight reach advantage but with the skillset Tony has it will be difficult for Lee. Lee will have to look out for different angles.
May the better fighter win! My prediction is that Tony will win the fight!
Co-Main Event – Demetrious
Johnson vs Ray Borg
Flyweight Title Fight
This is the Co-Main Event of the evening..! It’s always a pleasure watching Mighty Mouse fight. If Demetrious defends his title this Saturday, he will become the first UFC fighter to defend title for the 11th time consecutively! My prediction is that Demetrious will win the fight for sure! Although Ray is a great fighter and if he is able to give Johnson tough time, that will be a good achievement in itself and a learning curve for Ray.
Nunes vs. Shevchenko 2 is an upcoming mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that will be held on September 9, 2017 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta. Courtesy Wikipedia
Demetrious vs Ray Borg:
(Replaced by Dos Santos vs Ngannou)
This fight was scheduled as one of the main events. Fight has been canceled.
Now the event features Dos Santos vs Ngannou (heavyweight bout)
My prediction is that Dos Santos will win the fight. The strategy would be to keep distance and attack. May the better fighter win!
If the fight was scheduled Demetrious vs Ray Borg, Demetrious could have won and could have become the first fighter to consecutively defend his title for the 12th time.
Nunes vs. Shevchenko:
This will be one of the best fights. Nunes won the first fight against Shevchenko‘but this time I am pretty sure that Shevchenko is prepared mentally and physically. No doubt Nunes is one of the best fighters & that is the reason why she is the champ. I wish both fighters the best!
Boxing Match Result – Mayweather vs Conor McGregor:
It was one of the best events I have witnessed. 12 rounds fight was scheduled between Conor & Mayweather.
Conor clearly won the first three rounds, from the fourth round on wards it was all Money Mayweather. The fight was won by Floyd Mayweather in dominant manner. Later on Mayweather told that it was the game plan to let Conor land heavy shots in the first three rounds and to take advantage of bad gas tank in the later rounds. This is exactly what Mayweather did. Conor was out of gas in the 6th round on-wards.
Although Money Mayweather won the fight but Conor earned his respect. I respect both fighters and I appreciate the efforts put in by Conor to put on a great show. In fact Conor boxed much much better than most opponents Floyd has fought against.
Floyd Mayweather announced that it was his last fight, we will miss you Floyd and definitely your name will be in hall of fame for sure. Great record 50 wins no losses, WOW!
Post fight video – Conor vs Mayweather Boxing Event
At last time has come for the biggest event in Combat fighting history, Mayweather vs Conor
I am anxiously waiting for it…finally, fireworks will start at 6 PM PST on 26th of August at T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada
Finally the event I was anxiously waiting for is round the corner, that’s right! Mayweather vs Conor..
No doubt this event will break all previous PPV earnings record..
Conor will try to knock out Mayweather in the early rounds & Mayweather will utilize technique and will try to take the fight to later rounds.
12 rounds fight between two best fighters, both specialized in different discipline of Combat fighting.
The most exciting factor about this fight is, Boxer vs MMA fighter.
Conor weighed in 153 lbs and Mayweather weighed in 149.50 lbs (welterweight division fight)
During the weigh-in, Conor was looking very confident and why not, he has proven to be the best fighter with excellent reflexes..
Mayweather has won 49 fights and never got defeated, it’s an amazing professional boxig record.
I have respect for both fighters but my prediction is that Maywather will win. Why? He is undefeated in his professional boxing career and boxing for an MMA fighter is a completely different ball game.
The main key factor for Conor is to play with his opponent’s mind, which he loves doing. Within few hours, we will find out the winner. May the better fighter win!
UFC 214 – Cormier vs. Jones 2 is an upcoming MMA event to be held by the UFC on July 29, 2017 at Honda Center in Anaheim, California Wikipedia
A UFC Light Heavyweight Championship bout between current champion Daniel Cormier and former champion Jon Jones has been targeted for this event
The two best fighters will fight again. It’s one of the most heated rivalries. This is the third time that UFC arranged a rematch between Cormier and Jones, after previous attempts at UFC 197 & UFC 200 were scrapped
Physical Features of both fighters
Weight: 205 lb
Weight: 205 lb
As per my prediction Jon Jones has better winning chances because he has a prominent reach advantage but I have no doubts about Cormier’s ability to come back and fight like a champion. Cormier has proved to be a professional fighter and has improved a lot in terms of managing stamina for 5 rounds. It will be a great fight and my prediction is that Daniel Cormier will win the fight
The first time they met inside the octagon, Jon Jones won the fight but will he be able to defeat Daniel again? I don’t think so! …why? Daniel has grown as a fighter and a person who has better control over himself if you know what I mean…
Since they met first time DC has been preparing for this re-match and won the title. On the other hand Jon Jones was stripped off his Light Heavyweight Championship title. I am pretty sure that Daniel is a better fighter now and has a better mindset. Jon Jones returned in April, 2016 and defeated Saint Preux at UFC 197 to become Interim Light Heavyweight Champion but this fight will decide the gold owner…
Historic UFC 200 featured fight was scheduled between Daniel and Jon Jones but Jon tested positive and the fight was removed from the fight card
at UFC 214 Wrestling community wants DC to win badly and to show his excellent wrestling ability to the world. I have no doubts that it will definitely be a brutal bloody fight..
UFC 214: Inside the Octagon – Woodley vs Maia, Cyborg vs Evinger
UFC 214 Countdown: Tyron Woodley vs Demian Maia
UFC 214 Countdown: Daniel Cormier vs Jon Jones 2
Daniel Cormier is traning with Spanish Heavyweight Kick Boxer Frank Munoz, who’s body type and attacking way is similar to Jon Jones. Obviously Cain will be in Daniel’s corner for assistance!
Will Jon Jones be able to resume his career or will Daniel be able to retain his title? to be honest, I can’t wait to see what happens!
Co Main Events UFC 214
Cris Cyborg vs Tonya Avinger
Tonya stands no chance to win this fight because Cris is going to be crowned as the world’s best dominant female UFC fighter, if she wins this bout.
Tyron Woodley vs Demian Maia
Woodley has better chance of winning over Demian because of his aggressive fighting style and reach advantage. Demian is on of the best Jiu Jitsu fighters and has loads of experience behind him. I guess as far as fighting style is concerned, the fight favors Woodley. Woodley has earned the title defending it wisely against Wonder Boy..!
Boxing Match is on – Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor:
That’s right guys, people were saying it’s never going to happen but here it is! Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor will be a boxing match which will take place on 26th August, 2017 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas.
Both fighters will wear 10 ounce boxing glove. To be honest with you, I can’t weight to see this fight.
Everyone knows how quick Floyd is and everyone also knows that when Conor Mcgregor hits you with a punch you are gone! It will be the most interesting event of the decade.
I am pretty sure that it will break all the PPV earning records, in fact this event will make new records for sure.
Below is a brief breakdown about physical aspects of both fighters:
The fight will take place at 154 lbs
As far as the physical range is concerned, Conor will have an edge for sure but keep in mind that it’s a boxing match and Floyd is an expert when it comes to boxing technique.
Overall, I am sure that it will be an interesting event for all Combat lovers worldwide.
UFC 213: Romero vs. Whittaker was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting
Championship held on July 8, 2017 at T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada
Anthony Pettis vs Jim Miller (Lightweight)
Anthony wins the fight on the basis of points and more damaging attacks. Unanimous Decision in favor of
Anthony pettis. After consecutive losses, it seems as if Anthony is back in the game again!
Daniel Omielanczuk vs Curtis Blaydes (Heaveyweight)
Omielanczuk showed excellent take down defense but center of the Octagon was mostly occupied by
Blaydes. Blaydes was also the more active fighter and landed some heavy punches. Blaydes wins the fight
on the basis of unanimous decision
Alistar Overeem vs Fabricio Werdum (Co-Main Event) Heavyweight Bout:
Fabricio is one of the best jiu jitsu fighters and Alistar’s striking game is excellent. Both fighters
took a slow start and Fabricio landed some good kicks. Overeem kept on playing with patience. Fabricio
drops down the guard in second round and tried to utilize his excellent jiu jitsu skills. Overeem knows
that Fabricio is a nightmare when it comes to ground game, therefore he stands up avoiding any type of
possible submissions from Fabricio. In the second round Overeem throws a good punch kick combination
and later Werdum throws two solid clean punches. First round was close, second round was won by Overeem
but in the last and final round, Fabricio throws an excellent heavy knee and after that Overeem was
ground and took punishment from Fabricio.
Fight was won by Alistar Overeem by majority decision which I personally think was not the right
decision. Fabricio was obviously the better fighter and his attacks were more damaging.
Two awesome fighters with almost the same physical height, although Alistar had 3 inches reach
Yoel Romero vs Robert Whittaker (The Main Event) Interim Middleweight Championship:
The fight began with both fighters calculating range for attack. Romero clearly won the first two
rounds and injured Whittaker’s left leg. The second and third rounds were won by Whittaker in terms of
damaging attacks. In the fifth round it was clear that Romero was trying to kill the time and avoid
attacks from Whittaker because of stamina loss.
Whittaker became the first UFC fighter from Newzealand by Unanimous decision.
